13-Jan-2009 Well, I’m Hadi and have been here in OZ since early 2007 as a PhD Candidate and Sessional Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering & IT of Griffith University. I actually had a couple of other choices other than this country and Griffith to carry on my academic life and get my PhD degree and already had admission from them, but the main reason I chose Australia was that here’s the land of opportunities to build up your academic life as well as your career journey, especially if you know what you are after.

I did both my Bachelor and Master degrees back in Iran and received an unconditional offer letter from Griffith 6-8 weeks after I directly talked to the SIT@Griffith (School of IT at Griffith) and applied for their PhD Program. SIT@Griffith (School of IT at Griffith) offers internationally accredited training courses in Bachelor, Master and PhD level as well as diplomas and certificates. You will also be qualified as an IT and Computer professional by ACS (Australian Computer Society) and once you graduate you can begin your career journey in IT in Australia or the rest of the world.
